If you are ordering, upon agreement, an invoice will be e-mailed to you.  Once we receive payment your fish will be fasted for 48 hours prior to being shipped.  If we do not receive payment within 7 days of the invoice being sent, your fish will be released back into the available inventory.  All items on the stock list are subject to availability.  Our fish are only sold when they are properly acclimated, healthy, eating well, and ready for transport

Terms & Conditions:
Air freight is our preferred manner of shipment, and by far the safest and most economical way to ship fish.  One hundred pounds (four to Five boxes) is $75.00 or less to most shipping areas in North America.  We guarantee live arrival using air freight.  Any problems with the carrier are to be taken up with the airline. Any DOA must be photographed and sent no later than 2 hours after pick up from freight office. Credited DOA will be given on next order.  Orders must be prepaid by Visa, Master Card, check, or money order. Call for international shipping prices and export conditions.
